About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development of the product roadmap and new features
- Work with stakeholders to understand existing functions, improvements, and priorities
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and engineers
- Translate market, industry, and customer requirements into features, functions, and use cases
- Own and manage development of roadmap features
- Drive product-led prioritization and solutioning
- Lead product discovery work to increase predictability and ROI
- Ensure the product is robust and well-supported
- Support launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation, and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management capacity
- Experience working with patient support programs, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare service platforms required
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market highly preferred
