About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, manage, and coordinate complex projects and programs while meeting time, budget, and quality objectives
- Manage project dependencies, risks, actions, and escalations across multiple teams and business functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage communications with management, customers, and partners
- Prepare status reports, management reports, KPIs, and decision papers for leadership committees
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on Steering Committees and governance bodies
- Assess, prioritize, and manage project ideas, requirements, and project portfolios
- Own budget planning, forecasts, business case assessments, and project controlling
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities and further develop project management methods, processes, and governance structures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, as well as in leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Sound understanding of IT, digitalization, and transformation projects
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with management, business functions, and IT organizations
- Good knowledge of budget planning, reporting, governance, and project management
- Strong analytical skills and experience in risk, conflict, and escalation management
- High level of initiative, excellent communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Ideally, experience in digitalization, automation, or transformation projects, as well as in the healthcare sector
- Very good command of German and English (C-level)
