About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the operational delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) projects and programs
  • Work with clients to understand study protocols and translate requirements into effective IRT solutions
  • Manage projects throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, invoices, risks and milestones
  • Author User Requirements Documents (URDs) and review requirements with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support the design, build and implementation of study systems
  • Ensure delivery aligns with the Sponsor's study protocol, agreed requirements, quality standards and timelines
  • Lead problem-solving and issue-resolution activities
  • Perform internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) following study validation
  • Manage and support client UAT activities and clarify study or system requirements
  • Coordinate resolution of testing issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements with other Project Managers
  • Contribute to project proposals and Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Participate in proposal development and sales or client presentations
  • Ensure compliance with established processes, policies, procedures and project standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects against quality and timeline expectations
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong customer service and client-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and clients
  • Experience working within IRT, clinical trials, clinical technology or a related environment
  • Experience translating study protocols or client requirements into system requirements
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical, operational and client-facing teams
  • Confidence working directly with clients in a consultative project management capacity
