About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer Sales Incentive Compensation plans for a portion of the US Go-To-Market teams
  • Compile Incentive Compensation datasets from IQVIA revenue or CRM systems
  • Apply crediting rules
  • Upload credited datasets to Sales Performance Management software (Varicent)
  • Review achievement and payout results with SIP participants and managers
  • Manage exception requests
  • Ensure eligible participants, such as new hires, are on sales incentive plans
  • Participate in the annual Incentive Compensation Governance program, including plan development and target setting
  • Support special sales programs and contests as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills (phone, teams, and email)
  • Experience working directly with sales leaders and IC Participants a plus
  • Experience with Sales Performance Management software (specifically Varicent) a plus
