About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and manage performance dashboards; analyze event triggers and alerts and determine appropriate follow-up
  • Manage project schedules and update key milestones
  • Coordinate and lead risk and issue management processes
  • Manage project finances, including EAC, monthly expenses, invoices, and reconciliation
  • Identify out-of-scope activities and maintain change-control processes
  • Manage vendor plans and purchase-order processes; assess vendor risks
  • Provide project data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders, and quality
  • Develop and maintain sections of Project Management Plans and support project-management system improvements
  • Review project resource allocation within budget
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, status reports, and presentation materials
  • Organize internal project-team and customer meetings with the Project Leader
  • Lead core study file reviews, support audits, and drive eTMF filing compliance
  • Manage project-specific eTraining and oversee team compliance
  • Coordinate onboarding and system access for key project team members
  • Monitor project metrics and update IQVIA systems for accurate reporting
  • Participate in regional and global PMA initiatives
  • Mentor less experienced Project Management Analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or other related field
  • Typically requires 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • 3 years of relevant clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including ICH, GCP, and relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English
  • Results-oriented approach to work delivery and output
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Planning, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good software and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
