About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Program, test, and document statistical tables, figures, listing summaries, analysis databases, derived datasets, and data transfers
- Program integration of databases from multiple studies or sources
- Develop programming documentation, plans, and specifications
- Provide advanced technical expertise and project solutions to internal and external clients and teams
- Develop, implement, and validate process technologies, macros, and applications
- Fulfill statistical team lead responsibilities for single studies under supervision
- Understand scopes of work, estimate completed work, and manage out-of-scope work for single studies
- May manage budgets and resource requirements and provide revenue and resource forecasts
- Provide training and guidance to lower-level and new staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree Computer science or related field and 6+ years relevant experience
- Or Bachelor's Degree Computer science or related field and 6+ years relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of statistics, programming and/or clinical drug development process
- Working knowledge of Base SAS, SAS/STAT and SAS Macro Language
- Good organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
