About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Validate project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects
- Develop and implement projects and programs from initiation to delivery
- Allocate resources, track progress, monitor change control, coordinate testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate client-facing interactions, understand client requirements, tailor project proposals, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and address concerns
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and assist with project activities through all phases
- Manage project resources and project management tools to achieve objectives
- Create and implement assessment processes to enforce timely completion according to standards and requirements
- Apply Agile development frameworks to process improvement and project management
- Oversee or assist with budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, cost forecasting, and financial compliance
- Identify risks and escalate them to management
- Manage project delivery, scope, and costs; drive project completion
- Manage stakeholder relationships and develop and execute communication plans
- Manage organizational change and contribute to training development
- Evaluate project results against success metrics and recommend or implement improvements
- Deliver established team reporting and guidance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 12 - 15 plus years of overall experience in project/program management
- Hands-on experience in design, documentation, coding and unit testing, code review, SIT, bug fixing, issue troubleshooting, UAT support, deployment, root cause analysis and enhancement
- 5 or more years of working experience in Life science/Healthcare sector is desirable
- Experience performing the role of a Scrum Master with a strong technical background
- Proven experience in budget planning and management
- Good experience working on applications on Microsoft platform, C#, JSON, SQL Server
- Hands-on experience in Entity Framework
- Knowledge of project budgeting and PM frameworks (Agile, Scrum)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Git
