About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and maintain a fit-for-purpose, enterprise-wide Operational Resilience program across all regions
  • Map critical end-to-end operational workflows and identify dependencies across technology, data, personnel, and vendors
  • Establish Board-approved impact tolerances and embed resilience metrics into the Group Risk Appetite Statement
  • Plan and execute simulation exercises based on plausible disruption scenarios, including cyber attacks, vendor outages, and system failures
  • Evaluate vendor recovery capabilities and mitigate concentration risks across critical third-party dependencies
  • Act as primary SME for Board/Executive committees and external audit/regulatory reviews
  • Drive resilience awareness and standardize BIAs and BCPs across all business units

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive track record leading Operational Resilience, BCM, DR, and Crisis Management in complex SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key financial regulatory standards (APRA CPS 230, ASIC, FCA/PRA)
  • Outstanding ability to influence executive leadership, tech leaders (CTO, CISO), and decentralized business units
  • Proven success navigating internal/external audits and risk reviews
  • Relevant industry certifications (CBCP, MBCI, CRISC, CISM) highly regarded
