About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations
- Establish initial treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to adult patients with moderate acuity
- Collaborate with psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and other support professionals
- Deliver virtual outpatient therapy through an Indiana-based FQHC partner
- Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary care team
- Complete 45-minute initial evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Allocate 60 minutes per day for administrative work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active Indiana LCSW license required
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, during EST hours
- Ability to see patients until 8pm EST on Wednesday
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
- Passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure
- Provide care for adult patients aged 18+
