About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide care to adult patients in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic outpatient setting
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team at an Iris behavioral healthcare partner
Treat patients ages 18+ with varying acuity levels and diagnoses including SPMI, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, and other community mental health conditions
Conduct 60-minute initial visits and 20–40-minute follow-up visits based on patient acuity
Work with dedicated nursing and administrative teams
Collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs effectively
Use the CareLogic EMR
Provide care without on-call duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota
Must be able to practice autonomously as a PMHNP in Minnesota
Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience post-PMHNP certificate preferred
Availability for 24 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility regarding specific weekdays worked
Willingness and ability to work a hybrid schedule, with 1–2 on-site days per week preferred
Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+
Experience with community mental health diagnoses, including SPMI, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and schizophrenia
PMHNP ANCC Board Certification
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
