About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient behavioral health care to adult patients ages 18+ in a CCBHC setting
Conduct 60-minute initial visits and 20–40-minute follow-up visits based on patient acuity
Diagnose and treat SPMI, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, and other community mental health conditions
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
Work with dedicated nursing and administrative teams
Provide care 24 hours per week on weekdays, Monday–Friday
Focus on patient care with nursing support for vitals, patient calls, prior authorizations, and other clinical needs
Practice without on-call duties
Use the CareLogic EMR
Expand access to behavioral health care for underserved communities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota
Must be able to practice autonomously as a PMHNP in Minnesota
Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience post-PMHNP certificate preferred
Availability for 24 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility regarding specific weekdays worked
Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+
Experience with community mental health diagnoses, including SPMI, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and schizophrenia
Willingness to treat patients across varying acuity levels
PMHNP ANCC Board Certification
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Must be able to use/learn CareLogic EMR
