About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the full sales cycle for large/complex deals.
  • Own overall account strategy to ensure retention and profitable growth of key enterprise accounts.
  • Own and nurture key executive and C-suite/L2 relationships to understand and anticipate potential customer needs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including joint ownership of contract negotiations, required documentation, and team coordination to close deals and secure revenues.
  • Lead discovery and first meetings, driving differentiated solution plays matched to customer demands and Iron Mountain's proposition.
  • Drive process-forward innovations focused on customer-driven innovation.
  • Define account vision, white space mapping, competitive landscape, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Act as the quarterback for accounts, from opportunity identification through issue resolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry products & services.
  • Proven ability to operate with an Enterprise mindset, demonstrating persuasive, persistent, and adaptive behavioral skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation.
