Key responsibilities & impact

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity, quality, and velocity across facilities
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support new 3PL customer launches, facility startups, and operational scale-ups across North America
Establish, monitor, and refine standardized KPIs and leadership standard work aligned with strategic and financial goals
Mentor and coach site leaders, operational teams, and developing practitioners in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving
Partner directly with key external clients and site leaders
Embed Lean principles and optimize process workflows across the third-party logistics network

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution center operations, supply chain, or third-party logistics (3PL)
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and process redesign techniques
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP preferred
Proven experience owning operations launch support, facility startups, and direct customer-facing initiatives
Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen with the ability to connect operational improvements directly to business outcomes
50–75% travel requirement
Remote Southern CA work location
