About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams
Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems such as ERP and TMS
Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing
Validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT
Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture
Bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions
Optimize supply chain execution and shape the enterprise software footprint

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience
6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration
Strong knowledge of SQL querying
Strong knowledge of system integration standards
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks
Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing
Proven ability to perform root-cause issue triage
Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred
