Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows using Now Assist AI.
Manage cross-platform impacts of requested changes.
Enforce quality standards and oversee regular ServiceNow version upgrades for vendor compliance.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional Agile deliverables.
Strengthen platform governance and improve internal team operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
Track record of mentoring developers within an Agile framework.
