Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, design, and execute process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, analytics, and automation to drive operational performance
Architect standardized workflows, governance structures, and platform-based delivery models for new customer implementations and operational expansion
Prioritize and implement high-value use cases for Generative AI, robotics, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
Partner with cross-functional teams to manage change and ensure new technologies and processes deliver measurable business benefits
Embed risk management, compliance controls, and standard work practices into transformation efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, digital transformation, or strategy consulting
Strong knowledge of implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital platforms within high-volume service delivery environments
Proven ability in leading complex change management initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Lean Six Sigma certification
Experience with business process outsourcing (BPO) or intelligent document processing (IDP)
A Bachelor’s degree
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
Ability to travel up to 50%
