About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support operational reporting, process improvement automation, and implementation and ongoing support of a professional services automation (PSA) platform
- Document current-state processes, identify manual or repetitive processes, translate requirements into improved process or technology solutions, and develop future-state workflows
- Build, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain workflow automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
- Test and validate new processes and automated solutions before deployment
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, procedures, and other operational documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional projects assigned by the manager
- Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and dashboards
- Create reports supporting operational KPIs and management decision-making
- Validate report data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and transition reporting processes into standardized, automated solutions
- Support reporting requirements associated with the PSA platform
- Assist with system administration and maintenance of the PSA tool, currently Monday.com
- Create and maintain PS opportunities and projects
- Use PSA data structures to produce relevant reports and dashboards
- Create, design, deliver, and maintain processes and specifications requested by PS leadership
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations based on data analysis
- Provide training and guidance to team members on operational processes and tools
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently
- Identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues during implementation
- Report directly to the Director of Excellence and Operations and interact regularly with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, reporting, process improvement, automation, professional services operations, or related field
- Fluent, proficient written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and senior leadership
- Experience supporting business process automation or workflow development
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work with guidance while developing increasing independence and ownership
- Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments and priorities
- Ability to support US working hours (Central Time Zone)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
