About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support
  • Meet with clients to collect information and data needed to configure and customize solutions
  • Facilitate business-requirement sessions and recommend optimal solutions
  • Analyze as-is business processes and translate them into to-be processes within Irth products
  • Identify process, product, and functionality gaps and recommend enhancements
  • Customize and configure software systems based on client requirements
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned implementation projects
  • Ensure projects meet established KPIs, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead client configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach
  • Demonstrate system functionality and provide training, troubleshooting, and implementation support
  • Work with Project Managers to plan and control multiple project initiatives
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain status reporting and implementation documentation
  • Coordinate client enhancements with product and development teams
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, technical designs, development sprints, and actionable deliverables
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and facilitate client sign-off
  • Review product content for accuracy and alignment with business intent
  • Manage customer relationships, identify implementation risks, and ensure ongoing communication and support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical acumen with understanding of software development practices, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process, product, and operational improvement
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate technical changes to development teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery environments
  • Ability to learn new concepts, software products, and technologies quickly
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours daily
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree
