About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support learners and help them develop their professional skills
- Provide individual and group support to work-study students throughout their program
- Help learners analyze their professional environment and develop their management mindset and project-based approach
- Connect workplace experiences with academic learning
- Lead professional development sessions
- Support the preparation of dissertations and final-year projects
- Conduct workplace assessment visits and maintain close relationships with workplace mentors
- Assess the skills developed and monitor learners’ progress
- Carry out academic coordination activities
- Participate in panels, assessments, and project defenses
- Contribute to candidate selection activities and participate in promotional events for IOMI programs (open days, trade fairs, etc.)
- Potentially deliver training on modules related to your area of expertise
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (business, management, or a related field)
- Ideally, professional experience related to your degree
- Ability to support, advise, and help learners progress
- Strong interest in teaching and knowledge sharing
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships of trust with partner companies
- Excellent listening skills and a strong sense of commitment
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Regional travel required
