About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate Organizational Talent policies, processes, products, and strategic initiatives, monitoring their implementation across all areas
- Act as the Organizational Talent representative for internal clients, diagnosing needs and developing alternatives
- Enable leadership and team development initiatives to promote high performance
- Support the assessment and recommendation of appropriate training programs
- Support conflict and change management in client areas
- Communicate and educate areas about corporate Organizational Talent projects
- Ensure timelines, metrics, communication plans, and engagement among internal audiences
- Conduct assessments and propose value-adding solutions for internal clients and ISA ENERGIA BRASIL
- Monitor Organizational Talent metrics and control departmental expenses
- Disseminate Organizational Talent practices at all levels of the organization
- Comply with internal regulations, quality requirements, environmental preservation guidelines, and occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards, using PPE/PPC when necessary
- Drive vehicles when necessary, provided duly licensed and authorized, and perform other duties inherent to the position as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- MBA, specialization, and/or postgraduate degree preferred
- Solid knowledge of people management practices, including recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations and legislation, influencing and negotiation, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation
- Availability to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday
- Valid driver's license and authorization to drive vehicles when necessary
- Also open to people with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated workers
