About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the finance function
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads, helping them plan, monitor, and refine budgets and performance metrics
- Own financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Reconcile budgets and forecasts with actual performance and provide insights for strategic decisions
- Manage accounts payable and collaborate with the revenue cycle manager on accounts receivable
- Set up and oversee internal pricing workflows and departmental budgets
- Build and manage reporting systems for financial and operational KPIs and investor reporting
- Monitor performance against KPIs and hold team leaders accountable
- Partner with team leaders to address and resolve underperformance
- Translate financial data into actionable insights and identify trends and risks affecting growth, margins, and sustainability
- Oversee financial and operational infrastructure of professional corporations, including corporate governance and tax compliance across jurisdictions
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial recordkeeping for Isaac Health’s MSO and affiliated PCs
- Report directly to the CEO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A roles—ideally within healthcare or tech-enabled services
- Experience managing taxes and legal/financial structures for affiliated entities, such as MSOs and PCs
- Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI reporting
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence corrective action planning
- CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Experience with corporate governance and tax compliance across jurisdictions
- Experience overseeing accounting and bookkeeping for affiliated entities
