About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop modern software solutions for local clients and in-house products using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
Contribute across the full stack, with the option to specialize in either backend or frontend development
Take responsibility for the entire development process, from ideation through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Make joint technical decisions as part of the team
Make pragmatic decisions with regard to requirements, quality, risk, and commercial value
Apply Clean Code principles, automated unit and integration testing, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming
Use modern AI tools and coding agents to improve efficiency
Support and share knowledge with less experienced colleagues
Collaborate with isento teams and work directly with clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of solid project experience
Strong command of Java (Spring Boot) or modern web technologies (Angular)
Willingness to contribute to the other part of the stack as needed
Curiosity about database performance, cloud technologies, DevOps pipelines, IT security, accessibility, and generative AI
Constructively challenge requirements and focus on technical quality and customer value
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support junior developers
Proficiency in German at least at B2 level
Good English skills for direct communication with clients
