About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop modern software solutions for local clients or in-house products using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
Contribute across the entire technology stack, with a focus on the backend or frontend based on your interests
Support the entire development process, from ideation and implementation through testing, deployment, and monitoring
Share responsibility for the development process and make pragmatic technical decisions
Apply Clean Code principles, automated unit and integration testing, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming
Use modern AI tools and coding agents to improve development efficiency
Support and mentor less experienced colleagues
Collaborate with isento teams and communicate directly with clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of solid project experience
Strong command of Java (Spring Boot) or modern web technologies (Angular)
Willingness to contribute on the other side of the stack as well
Curiosity about database performance, cloud technologies, DevOps pipelines, IT security, accessibility, and the targeted use of generative AI
Ability to constructively challenge requirements and balance technical quality with client value
Team-oriented mindset and ability to support junior developers
Fluent German, at least B2 level
Good English for direct, collaborative communication with clients
