Key responsibilities & impact

Develop high-quality software solutions for local clients or in-house products as part of a cross-functional project team
Identify technical challenges and develop effective solution strategies
Take responsibility for the entire development process, from conception and architecture through development and testing to deployment and monitoring
Apply Clean Code principles, write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and engage in pair programming
Design new features and coordinate with stakeholders
Develop new web applications, enhance, modernize, and replace legacy systems
Migrate legacy systems to the cloud
Contribute to research and AI initiatives
Work with web technologies, Angular, Java, and Spring Boot
Support team members with your expertise and assume technical responsibility
Provide professional guidance to less experienced colleagues
Contribute your own ideas, show initiative, and drive projects forward with responsibility and foresight

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in software development
Integrate AI into everyday work in a value-adding way
Extensive knowledge of Java or web frontends such as Angular
Ideally, experience with several of the following: Spring Boot, Angular, databases, AWS, DevOps, cloud technologies, GenAI, IT security, and accessibility
Passion for software development
Understand clients’ requirements and needs
Strong communication skills in German (at least B2 level) and English
