About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and development of modern, secure software solutions in cloud and web environments using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
Writing clear, maintainable code
Developing automated tests
Conducting peer code reviews and pair programming
Serving as the team’s point of contact for secure software solutions
Supporting other teams with Secure Coding and security analyses
Organizing internal tech sessions
Raising awareness of current threats
Establishing best practices
Working with Application Security, DevSecOps, and the secure, privacy-compliant use of AI systems
Collaborating with isento teams and working directly with customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on experience in software development with Java
Good understanding of modern web architectures
Passion for Secure Coding and DevSecOps
Willingness and enthusiasm to share knowledge within the team
Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, Python, relational databases, Docker, cloud technologies, and Generative AI is a plus
Proficiency in German (at least B2 level)
Good command of English for coordination within the team and with customers
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with two days per week on-site in Nuremberg
