Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–20 years of customer service experience in financial services, banking, retirement services, or life insurance
- Hands-on experience with 401(k) and retirement plans
- Experience servicing life insurance policies or products
- Knowledge of investment products and the stock market, including equities and securities
- Experience handling customer accounts and financial transactions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Background check and fingerprint verification required
- Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights
