Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements
Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders for each engagement
Lead the toughest, highest-visibility projects in the portfolio
Act as a consultative partner to clients by anticipating problems, guiding decisions, and protecting outcomes
Set and enforce delivery standards, processes, tooling, and artifacts
Mentor and develop other project managers and delivery team members
Serve as a subject matter expert and role model for project management
Manage billable/utilization targets while balancing several clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery
6 years running multiple concurrent client engagements
Active Top Secret federal security clearance
Experience supporting Department of War (DoW) clients or programs
Demonstrated success leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to successful outcomes
Strong command of traditional and agile delivery
Experience with backlog management, iteration planning, and product-owner collaboration
Fluency in Jira and Confluence
Track record of following and enforcing standard delivery processes
Comfort in a lean, fast-changing environment
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or comparable agile credential preferred
Atlassian accreditations preferred
Relevant AI-delivery or tooling accreditations preferred
Must be willing to participate in and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing
Must be authorized to work in the United States
