About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide sustainment support at the web application tier
  • Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and harden mid tier tools such as Apache TomCat, JBOSS, and Oracle
  • Administer on premise Sharepoint Server
  • Support development teams by configuring development environments and tuning web application stacks
  • Develop, maintain, improve, and automate processes for operations and deployments
  • Support DOJ NSD's infrastructure, operations, software development, engineering, and service desk mission

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Web Adminitration and/or Development experience
  • Proficiency in installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and hardening of mid tier tools including Apache TomCat and Oracle
  • Proficiency in Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS)
  • Oracle APEX access
  • REST APIs for databases
  • Oracle Database 19c
  • Administration of on premise Sharepoint Server, strongly preferred
  • JBOSS experience, strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Active Top Secret, required
  • Candidate must be able to function in general office environment
  • Position requires candidate to obtain SCI prior to starting; can take 2-4+ weeks to process
