About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a team of Solution Architects
Foster and develop employees’ professional skills
Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and implement development measures
Build a high-performing team culture and promote knowledge sharing
Plan team resources, capacity, and assignments
Ensure high-quality solution architectures for mid-sized and large customers
Support complex presales and customer projects
Ensure the quality of concepts, architecture designs, and target technical architectures
Assess technical risks and derive appropriate measures
Promote standardization, reusability, and best practices
Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Professional Services, and Managed Services
Further develop existing services and solution offerings
Identify emerging technology trends and assess their value for customers
Support strategic customer projects and architectural decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Consultant, or in a comparable position
Experience leading expert or project teams
In-depth knowledge of modern IT infrastructures, cloud, security, networking, or data center technologies
Experience developing complex IT solution architectures
Strong customer and service orientation
Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
