About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further develop the platform using Python and FastAPI
Connect AI agents, language models, and customer applications via APIs and integration tools
Ensure customer data is protected, access is secure, and Docker operations are reliable
Extend the existing React interface as needed
Contribute to technical decisions within the team
Advance AI-supported development processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Python and backend development, ideally with FastAPI and asynchronous programming
Practical experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and external integrations, including robust error handling
Proficiency with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux, and PostgreSQL
Experience with production applications, including troubleshooting, updates, backups, and secure credential management
Knowledge of Git, automated testing, and JavaScript/React fundamentals
Expert knowledge of AI-driven software development and confident use of coding agents and coding harnesses
Confident working with Skills and agent workflows
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
Willingness to engage directly with customers and clarify requirements with the team and clients
Plus: Experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, or MCP
Knowledge of Hermes, LiteLLM, Nango, or Presidio is an advantage
