About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the global SAP FI and MM support team
- Provide second-level support for the group’s core SAP ERP systems, serving companies worldwide and meeting defined SLAs
- Handle incidents and service requests in SAP Solution Manager and JIRA by gathering requirements, analyzing errors, and proposing solutions
- Resolve FI and MM tickets through SAP customizing, following Change Request Management processes
- Provide third-level support for complex cases, managing documentation, testing, and follow-up through resolution
- Advise users and internal teams on FI and MM processes
- Drive improvements to financial and procurement processes aligned with the group’s objectives
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices for the knowledge base
- Validate system behavior against actual operational workflows
- Collaborate with Corporate Controlling and Audit teams to ensure compliance with group policies
- Deliver training and support users
- Work with international colleagues and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; candidates with a background in Finance or Controlling are also considered, provided they have a strong affinity for IT
- At least 3 years of SAP experience, with a focus on FI and MM
- Experience with SAP customizing
- Good understanding of Finance, Controlling, and Audit processes
- Familiarity with SD and other logistics modules
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally for implementations, workshops, and training
- Flexibility to adjust working hours when critical issues arise
- Advanced English proficiency
