About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Level 2 SAP SD support to group companies worldwide
Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests in a structured manner
Debug and analyze existing ABAP applications to identify root causes and propose solutions
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SD solutions
Lead sales process improvements, aligning IT and business needs
Document, test, and validate processes, functionalities, and solutions
Dispatch and monitor incidents
Maintain e-catalog (e-cat) processes, including customizing for branch openings and the creation of new company codes
Work closely with development and support teams to resolve tickets efficiently
Support users and facilitate knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of SAP experience, with a focus on SD
Strong knowledge of SD processes and customizing
Basic to intermediate ABAP skills, primarily for debugging and analysis
Experience in SAP support and maintenance environments
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in an international team
Strong communication skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
A plus: experience in highly customized SAP environments
Advanced English proficiency
