About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the gathering and documentation of processes and requirements
- Prepare scenarios and test data for functional testing
- Support the identification and logging of issues reported by users
- Participate in projects, rollouts, and migrations
- Learn warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, material handling, picking, inventory, and shipping
- Support training sessions and meetings with key users
- Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams
- Support hypercare activities and functional support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ongoing or completed university degree
- Basic knowledge of or interest in logistics and warehouse management
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational skills and ability to document processes and execute tests
- Genuine desire to learn and specialize in SAP WM and EWM
- Advanced English
- Advanced Spanish
- Nice-to-have qualifications, but not required: ABAP, debugging, Agile methodologies, or experience with SAP implementations
