About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead WFO system implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
Plan and manage implementation projects from kickoff through the hypercare phase
Prepare and track schedules, action plans, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate implementation consultants, monitoring deadlines, outstanding items, and quality
Lead status meetings with clients, presenting progress, risks, blockers, and next steps
Manage project scope and assess the impact of changes on timelines and deliverables
Ensure alignment between client needs and solution functionality during requirements gathering
Coordinate integrations with HR, payroll, and time-and-attendance systems, including layouts, APIs, file exchanges, and business rules
Plan and monitor configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live
Anticipate risks and dependencies and propose mitigation actions
Ensure project documentation, decision logs, and formal client approvals are maintained
Lead the transition of projects to support and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing enterprise system implementation projects
Experience with projects involving integrations with HR, payroll, or time-and-attendance systems
Strong knowledge of the implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live
Experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and dependencies
Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional, agile, or hybrid) and project tracking tools
Preferred: experience with projects integrated with Senior, LG lugar de gente, or TOTVS
Preferred: experience implementing Workforce Management (WFM) or Workforce Optimization (WFO) solutions
Preferred: knowledge of schedules, work shifts, attendance, time banks, absenteeism, and payroll exports
Preferred: experience managing projects for hospitals or healthcare institutions
Preferred: functional knowledge of integrations via APIs, web services, and file import/export
Preferred: PMP, Scrum, or similar certification
