About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day legal support across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including B2B customer agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other industry-related contracts
- Support contract negotiations with online casino operators, aggregators, platform providers, and other iGaming partners
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters relevant to the online gambling and casino games industry
- Monitor regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and assess their potential business impact
- Collaborate with Compliance, Commercial, Finance, Product, and senior management teams
- Support corporate governance and general company legal requirements
- Assist with intellectual property, data protection, and other legal matters
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory advisors when required
- Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical, commercially focused advice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified lawyer with relevant professional legal experience
- Previous experience within the iGaming industry is required, ideally within a B2B supplier, casino games provider, platform, aggregator, or operator
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Good understanding of the legal and regulatory environment surrounding online gambling
- Ability to work independently and manage a broad range of legal matters within an international business
- Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical solutions rather than purely theoretical legal advice
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- At least a good understanding of the Russian language is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working remotely within an international and fast-moving environment
