About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a technical reference in causal inference, connecting statistical expertise with business acumen
  • Conduct causal analyses and develop causal models
  • Translate business challenges into well-structured analytical hypotheses
  • Work closely with partner teams, supporting strategic discussions with data
  • Ensure model quality, documentation, monitoring, reproducibility, and governance
  • Transform data, research, and evidence about the customer journey into recommendations for strategic decision-making and customer experience improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and large-scale data analysis
  • Proficiency in Python and analytical libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, Polars, NumPy, Spark, AWS Wrangler, and Boto3
  • Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data environments and technologies such as Athena, Trino, and Iceberg
  • Experience with AWS, particularly S3, Athena, and SageMaker
  • Interest in exploring Microsoft Copilot, Claude CLI, and OpenAI to accelerate analyses, experimentation, and productivity gains
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub and code version control
