About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and evolve the intelligent agent platform, ensuring integration among data, models, tools, and APIs in large-scale enterprise environments
Design and implement AI platform components, including Registry, Runtime, Evals, Observability, Governance, and mechanisms for integrating agents
Integrate solutions using MCP and A2A protocols, enabling secure, asynchronous connectivity between enterprise systems and cognitive agents
Design, develop, and maintain GenAI pipelines for agent training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Implement and scale LLMOps and AgentOps infrastructure, including experiment automation, agent versioning, and continuous delivery
Implement end-to-end observability with logs, metrics, tracing, and dashboards using tools such as Datadog
Develop and track quality, performance, cost, and value metrics for agents, models, and pipelines
Ensure governance, compliance, and security for agents, pipelines, and data used by AI solutions
Work with proprietary and open-source models, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic, applying RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, architects, and AI scientists to build large-scale GenAI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer, Backend Engineer, or AI Platform Engineer
Hands-on experience building and operating agents, GenAI applications, and production LLM integrations
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vectorization, semantic indexing, and agent-based architectures
Experience with observability (Datadog or similar tools), operational metrics, and AI system monitoring
Experience with CI/CD, model versioning, and ML/LLMOps pipeline automation
Proficiency in Python and experience with Go or Java
Strong knowledge of distributed and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Spark, Flink, Airflow, etc.)
Knowledge of AWS and Azure, including infrastructure as code and deployment automation
Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols and modern standards for integrating agents with enterprise systems
