About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform complex business challenges into scalable solutions through Artificial Intelligence, software engineering, and distributed architecture
- Build and evolve intelligent agents that support decisions related to risk, credit, capital, and operational efficiency
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams
- Develop Generative AI-based applications and agents
- Build integrations, APIs, and services connected to the corporate ecosystem
- Implement solutions using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and knowledge bases
- Contribute to the evolution of agent-oriented architectures
- Ensure solution observability, quality, security, and scalability
- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from conception through production
- Explore new technologies and accelerate AI adoption across the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience developing intelligent agents
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience building APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols is a plus
- Experience with MLOps or LLMOps is a plus
- Experience working in regulated environments or the financial services market is a plus
- AI or cloud certifications are a plus
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus
