About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of Daily Banking’s strategic direction and long-term vision, contributing to the definition of priorities, growth opportunities, and value-generation strategies.
- Lead strategic analyses and market assessments, identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and impacts to inform leadership decision-making.
- Orchestrate cross-functional working groups, connecting different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and tracking of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to Daily Banking’s various teams, influencing decisions, promoting alignment, and supporting the prioritization of business agendas.
- Lead the development and execution of the division’s key transformation agendas, ensuring progress on strategic priorities and achievement of defined objectives.
- Structure and monitor business cases, assessing financial, operational, and strategic impacts to support investment decisions and initiative direction.
- Develop executive recommendations and presentation materials, translating complex analyses into clear, objective, and actionable messages for leadership.
- Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, from problem identification through action-plan definition, governance, monitoring, and results measurement.
- Monitor strategic indicators and OKRs, generating insights and recommendations to support the business’s continuous evolution.
- Influence stakeholders at different organizational levels, promoting alignment, mobilization, and engagement around strategic priorities.
- Contribute to the development of processes, methodologies, and best practices for the Strategy function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Strategy Consulting, Business Transformation, or related fields.
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives with a cross-functional scope and interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to structure complex problems, develop robust analyses, and translate assessments into actionable executive recommendations.
- Experience building business cases, conducting financial analyses, and evaluating value-generation opportunities for the business.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels and build alignment around strategic agendas without formal authority.
- Strong communication, synthesis, and executive storytelling skills for presentations to senior leadership.
- Proactive, ownership-oriented profile with autonomy and the ability to turn strategic direction into execution.
- Experience leading organizational transformation projects or workstreams in dynamic, highly complex environments.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, modeling, and business case development.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating high-quality executive materials.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Interest in and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity, insight generation, and analytical quality.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with a strong analytical foundation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AWS environments, such as Athena, S3, Glue, and SageMaker.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Python for analysis and automation.
- Preferred: Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms.
- Preferred: Experience in financial services, banking products, payment methods, or digital businesses.
