About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the group
- Manage treasury, liquidity, working capital, and movement of funds
- Own and improve receivables, payables, reporting, and compliance processes
- Automate finance processes where it adds value
- Build financial models, dashboards, and reporting using AI and technology
- Partner with leadership to explain financial results and guide business decisions
- Ensure corporate tax and VAT are properly incorporated into finance processes
- Contribute to MoonTech’s fintech-platform direction
- Grow into a Team Captain role, setting standards and helping the wider team level up
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4+ years of relevant finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, cash management, and financial operations
- Strong analytical skills and genuine aptitude for numbers
- Comfortable improving processes and using automation/AI where useful
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership
