About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and scope support content for upcoming WhatsApp product and feature launches with cross-functional teams
- Audit existing content, identify gaps, and prioritize updates for launch readiness
- Write, edit, and optimize Help Center articles, chatbot responses, and Generative AI support content
- Manage confidential pre-launch content for accuracy and go-live readiness
- Test and validate content by reviewing pre-launch features and chatbot experiences
- Track content readiness, manage timelines, and communicate risks proactively
- Coordinate with localization teams for timely delivery across global markets
- Publish accurate and accessible content across all support channels for day-one readiness
- Drive process improvements and maintain content standards and best practices
- Attend internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning material
- Build material for the Digital Transformation practice
- Attend internal itD networking events
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy roles
- 6+ months of experience creating or optimizing content for Generative AI or LLM-based systems
- Strong content strategy and editorial skills, including writing, editing, and improving support content
- Experience planning and delivering content aligned to product launch timelines
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience required
- Direct W2 employment required
- Must be able to work in the United States
