Own Iterable's overarching AI and Orchestration Innovation narrative
Connect individual AI capabilities into a compelling point of view on AI-driven customer engagement
Drive Tier 1 flagship launches that establish category leadership and earn analyst and press attention
Translate technical AI concepts, models, agentic workflows, and data/orchestration architecture into customer value
Craft narrative-driven messaging and positioning connecting AI and orchestration innovation to customer value
Write Tier 1 launch messaging for flagship AI releases
Review and direct launch content and campaigns to align with launch narratives
Research AI market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs
Partner with product management to reflect market shifts and inform roadmap decisions
Drive adoption and expansion of AI capabilities through lifecycle messaging and targeted enablement
Partner with customer marketing and customer success on reference stories and case studies
Deliver market awareness, pipeline, revenue influence, AI capability adoption, executive recognition, and analyst recognition

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, including ownership of Tier 1 bundled product releases
Prior martech experience is a plus
Experience marketing an AI-native or agentic product, or a platform transitioning from feature-based to AI-managed experiences
Exceptional storytelling with a track record of shaping the strategic "why" behind a launch and translating it into messaging that sells
Deep understanding of AI, including models, agentic systems, and data architecture, with the ability to translate that into clear, differentiated customer narratives
AI-forward product marketing experience using AI tools across research, messaging, and content development
Executive presence and ability to operate as a strategic peer to senior Product and GTM leaders
Sound independent judgment and limited need for oversight
