About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure alignment and a consistent delivery cadence
Write and refine user stories with clarity and a focus on value
Lead discovery with the team to explore problems and opportunities
Organize brainstorming sessions with design and engineering
Support usability testing and user feedback sessions
Validate deliverables with the technical team before they are released to production
Update and maintain the prioritized backlog based on learnings and changes in context
Share business context and product vision with the team to guide decision-making
Monitor operational and product metrics with the data team
Document product decisions and learnings to ensure alignment and preserve institutional knowledge
Foster collaboration between business functions (business, customer support, and marketing) and the product team
Ensure the team has clarity on the objectives and impact of deliverables
Work on products, projects, or initiatives that use Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the identification of use cases, requirements definition, prioritization, and the evolution of AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Digital Product Management, with a focus on retention, engagement, and delivering customer value
Experience with products, projects, or solutions involving Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Project Management experience is a plus
Proactivity, analytical thinking, adaptability in complex and changing environments, clear and assertive communication, empathy, problem-solving, collaboration, strategic vision, and conflict management skills
Ability to analyze and interpret metrics
In-depth knowledge of product culture
Familiarity with Agile culture and methodologies
Knowledge of fraud-related concepts
Practical knowledge and experience applying Artificial Intelligence to products and business
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or a related field
CSPO or PSPO certification, or a postgraduate degree in Product Management and/or Project Management, is a plus
