About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in UX Design to evolve mobile and web journeys for digital products focused on payments, customer relationship programs, loyalty, benefits, and customer engagement
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE journeys using Design Thinking, Service Design, and UX Research
- Identify pain points, opportunities, and engagement levers
- Plan and conduct interviews, research, usability testing, and validation sessions with users and stakeholders
- Design mobile and web journeys related to payments, benefits, points, loyalty, and customer relationships
- Translate user needs, business rules, and technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Structure information architectures for complex digital products
- Create low- and mid-fidelity wireframes to explore hypotheses and optimize experiences
- Develop clickable prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces, detailing behaviors, states, rules, and exceptions
- Apply UI Design, Interaction Design, WCAG accessibility, and usability principles
- Evolve components, patterns, and guidelines within the Design System
- Conduct handoff to Development with functional specifications and business rules
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, CRM, Data, Marketing, Security, Fraud Prevention, Growth, and Business teams
- Support implementation through Design QA
- Monitor adoption, repeat usage, retention, usage frequency, NPS, satisfaction, conversion, engagement, and benefit utilization
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative activities with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer
- Experience with digital products and mobile applications
- Experience in UX Research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience mapping, redesigning, and transforming digital journeys
- Experience designing and evolving onboarding, engagement, loyalty, and transactional journeys
- Experience designing mobile-first flows
- Knowledge of product, engagement, and user experience metrics
- Experience using data analysis to support UX decision-making
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design
- Experience in agile environments; basic knowledge of Lean Inception and Scrum
- Experience with payment apps, wallets, cashback, benefits, or digital financial services
- Experience with high-frequency-use products and strong engagement strategies
- Experience with products focused on retention and increasing customers’ perceived value
- Experience with B2C products serving large user volumes
- Preferred: experience with loyalty programs, points, miles, benefits clubs, or CRM
- Preferred: knowledge of gamification, reward mechanics, challenges, missions, progression, and incentive systems
- Preferred: knowledge of ludology and behavioral design applied to digital experiences
- Preferred: experience with engagement, repeat-use, and habit-building strategies
- Preferred: experience with omnichannel relationship programs
- Preferred: knowledge of journey personalization and segmentation strategies
- Preferred: experience with security, fraud prevention, and data protection requirements
- Preferred: knowledge of digital accessibility
