About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of modern workplace solutions
Act as an internal and external trusted advisor for M365
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers
Support Managed Services as a 3rd-level support engineer
Implement projects, including migrations, in collaboration with the project manager and team
Provide technical support to the Sales team
Contribute to the development of M365 services
Document processes and procedures
Support the definition of standards
Perform scheduled maintenance during and outside business hours

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong practical experience designing, implementing, and operating M365 workplace and/or M365 collaboration services in SME or enterprise environments
Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and software packaging
High degree of independence, resilience, flexibility, and willingness to learn
Friendly personality, confident manner in customer interactions, and ability to work effectively in a team
Willingness to work in a changing environment, deepen expertise in relevant topics, and continuously develop professionally
Excellent German skills
Good English skills; French skills are an advantage
