About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Based on your professional experience, you will design and implement complex high-availability solutions using Keepalived
Plan, implement, and manage complex IT systems based on existing and newly integrated hardware
Monitor operational processes and analyze log files
Communicate information effectively at management level
Troubleshoot incidents and participate in on-call support
Further develop our cloud services from a technical perspective
Create and maintain documentation
Ensure IT security and data protection compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed a degree in Computer Science or vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, along with at least five years of professional experience
You have a strong commitment to quality and work independently in a structured manner
You have good to very good knowledge of administering Linux server systems
You have good knowledge of virtualization (VMware / KVM), firewall configuration, and routing
You can read Bash and Python scripts
You can communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing
