About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Dataverse, plugins, APIs, workflows, and security
- Build Power Platform solutions and Power Automate flows to support business processes and automation
- Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, test, deploy, and continuously improve existing solutions
- Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders across the full solution lifecycle
- Collaborate with the Scandinavian Sales organization to develop and improve business-process solutions
- Work in small agile teams and communicate daily in English with Swedish colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-4+ years of experience with software development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Dataverse
- C#/.NET and Dynamics 365 plugins
- Understanding of Dataverse security, Solutions & ALM
- Power Apps & Power Automate
- Experience with integrations and REST APIs
- Preferably Azure services
- Clear communicator, comfortable with hybrid work
- English B2/C1
- Appreciated: JavaScript/TypeScript
- Appreciated: Azure Functions, Logic Apps
- Appreciated: Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD
- Appreciated: AI tools usage and use cases
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership
