About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain algorithms integrated into internal digital products
Implement rigorous MLOps practices to optimize, manage, and ensure code reliability
Develop and integrate APIs to connect tools and automate internal workflows, particularly through AI/Copilot tools
Collaborate with research teams to transform new ideas into practical applications
Provide technical oversight and track deliverables and deadlines for external vendors
Diagnose issues, assess resolution times, and ensure the ongoing technical performance of solutions
Maintain cross-functional communication with internal colleagues and external partners
Contribute to projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Data Science/MLOps
Expert proficiency in Python, R, and GitHub
Strong skills in API development and consumption
Proven experience with MLOps practices, including industrialization, code optimization, and AI/Copilot-driven task automation
Broad understanding of Machine Learning models
Ability to engage with mathematical and statistical topics
Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or enterprise digital product development is a plus
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Ability to accurately estimate workloads and timelines and manage time effectively
Fluency in English is required
