Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement market access strategies (pre-reimbursement / pre-market approval) for medical device manufacturers in France and internationally
Structure and draft reimbursement applications (HAS / CNEDiMTS) and early access applications (Forfait Innovation, PECIT) for the French market
Develop US market access strategies (coverage, coding, and reimbursement through CMS and private payers) in connection with FDA clearance and approval pathways (510(k), PMA)
Lead health economic modeling
Support clients in discussions with health authorities (presubmissions, HAS)
Collaborate with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on high-value projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or PhD in Health Economics, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering
4–6 years of experience in Market Access
Proven experience with medical device submissions in Europe or the US
Strong expertise in the French healthcare system (LPPR)
Demonstrated knowledge of the US market (Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers)
Fluency in French and English
Proven expertise in pre-market approval for medical devices
