About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy and execution roadmap for the Advanced eDMS program’s document migration
Design and refine the project’s associated budget model
Convert existing data and processes into a structured, wave-based operational plan
Prepare for and coordinate the arrival of the system integrator
Facilitate workshops and present progress to governance committees
Ensure regulatory compliance, including GxP, data integrity, and traceability
Collaborate with IVIDATA Life Sciences teams and clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Master’s degree or engineering degree
At least 8 years of experience in document management, EDMS/ECM, and information governance
Proficiency with EDMS platforms: Documentum, Veeva, SharePoint, and OpenText
Demonstrated experience leading at least two major complex migration projects
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated environment
Knowledge of GxP requirements, data integrity, and traceability
Financial scoping and budgeting capabilities
Strong leadership skills and confidence facilitating workshops and governance presentations
Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
